This winter idyll is Davide’s favorite place for hiking, and with this postcard he wishes me a happy birthday. The picture is a panorama of the village of Valle d`Aosta, located next to the cascading waterfalls Lillaz, which are a major tourist attraction.
I hope to be able to visit on some of my next birthdays 🙂
Additional info – The village is located in the Grand Paradiso National Park, and from the village to the waterfalls there is only 10 minutes walk. As I mentioned the waterfalls are cascading and are three in total. Be warned, that before you go there, please get good hiking boots .
