When you to go Vienna, you have to try wiener schnitzel, otherwise it would be like you never been there. I have tried, homemade and i know what i am talking about. Here is the traditional recipe, on postcard, send by dear friend Martina (my namesake 🙂 ) who is from Germany actually, but whenever she travels around she is sending me postcards. Of course she recommend this delicious meal as well, but till then you can try at home.
