Lando originally comes from Mexico, but he often travels the world and knows well to surprise me with a postcard. This time the warm greetings came from Belize, a country I have heard before, but next what I learned was because of the postcard that left a strong impression on me, motivating me to explore further.
Additional info – The postcard shows some of the ruins (remains) of the Mayan, Altun Ha, which has thirteen parts (structures) including the Son God`s temple. It is believed to date back to 200 BC.
Altun Ha means Rockstone water
The state of Belize is located farthest north of America and belongs to the Caribbean islands. The capital is Belmopan, and formerly was Belize city.
