The Walls of Mdina

Silvan, Malta

This is one of the few postcards, Silvan has sent me from Malta, along with the greetings of course.

Additional info – Mdina (known as “Silent city”) is the old capital of Malta. It’s a completely fortified medieval town enclosed in bastions, located on a large hill in the center of Malta.
In this little city, there are no cars allowed, apart from those of the residents. Anyhow there live around 250 people, within the city walls
Mdina is very popular touristic attraction worth visiting by day or night.
