Traditional Taiwanese meat-stuffed, traditionally called ‘xiao long bao’. Beside this one, I have checked many recipes on the internet, but I haven`t try any of them yet.
Wei and I have exchanged several times and she often wants to get postcards with traditional dishes. We have one or two postcards only with dishes, but unfortunately we do not have with recipes yet, so I additionally wrote the recipes on the back of the postcard or in an envelope (if there wasn’t enough space). Of course, it is still interesting, but the feeling with photo-recipe is different (as you can see)
